Cabernet Sauvignon got its turn last time, now let's celebrate Chardonnay in all its glory. Chardonnays from different regions will be poured while Sidria gives lots of info about the wine and how to pair it with cheese and other foods. Speaking of cheese, you will get a plate of about 5 different ones so that you can experience first hand the wonders of a great pairing.
The tasting starts at 7:30PM and should run until 9PM.
